Langsam startet die Pflaumensaison. 🀩Wir lassen den Abend heute mit unserer Pflaumen Galett ausklingenβ˜€οΈ

πŸ“Substances:
200 g wheat flour
100g whole-grain flour ( different wheat flour)
55g sugar
Pinch of salt
150g vegan butter (chilly)
Three tbsp ice water

about 250g plums (desseeded)
Three tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinamon

➑️ Combine the wheat flour, whole-grain flour, sugar, salt, butter and ice water and place within the fridge for about 1 hour.
➑️ Combine the plums with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon.
➑️ Roll the dough skinny and place the plum combination within the center with about 3-Four cm free area in direction of the tip.
➑️ Fold the ends in direction of the center.
➑️ Bake the galette for 35-40 min. till it turns frivolously brown at 180°C.

200 g Weizenmehl
100g Vollkornmehl (alternativ 100g Weizenmehl)
55g Zucker
Priese Salz
150g vegane Butter (kalt)
Three EL Eiswasser

250g Pflaumen
Three EL brauner Zucker
1 EL Vanilleextrakt
Priese Zimt

➑️ Vermische Weizenmehl, Vollkornmehl, Zucker, Salz, Butter und Eiswasser und stelle den Teig für ca. 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank kalt.
➑️ Vermische Pflaumen, Zucker, Vanille und Zimt.
➑️ Rolle den Teig dünn aus und lege die Pflaumenmischung in der Mitte aus, mit ca. 3-Four cm Rand.
➑️ Klappe den Rand zur Mitte ein.
➑️ Backe die Galette für ca. 35-40 min bei 180°C Grad.
