Had a really shut pal over and her solely request was to gorge on some California maki! Determined to take a step additional and made some soba noodles and yakitori mushrooms too. 🍄🍄
The California maki is up on my web page, I will be sharing with y’all of the trick to creating the right soba noodles this time.
I used some Shitake mushrooms for the soba noodles too and the mix was wonderful.
1. Cook dinner the soba noodles in boiling salt water for no more that 7 minutes, pressure and run it in tremendous chilly water. That is the trick to getting the right strands
