Alex cannot stand traditional potatoes au gratin 🙈However lastly our vegan interpretation of it’s one thing she likes🤩🥳To be sincere it took some time till she was glad😅

Wir müssen euch was gestehen: Alex hasste klassisches Kartoffelgratin. Alleine bei dem Gedanken wird ihr komisch. Anna hingegen liebt es 😍Unsere vegane Variante ist aber nun auch eine die Alex magazine – und das muss wirklich was heißen.

📝Substances for 2-Three parts
400g patoatoes (slieced)
1 Sweetpotato (approx 250g – sliced)
2 garlic cloves ( finely chopped )
half of white onion (chopped)
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp mustard
half of tsp paprika powder
pinch of nutmeg
salt & pepper (at your style)
200ml oat drink
150g vegan cream fraice
3-Four tbsp nutrional yeast
1 tbsp tabioca starch
vegan greated cheese combine with some oil

➡️Roast the garlic, onion in vegan butter .
➡️Once they begin to be cooked flip down the warmth and add the mustard, paprika powder, nutmeg and oat drink and the vegan cream fraiche. When all is mixed, combine with a blender.
➡️When combined, stir the tapioca. Put aside.
➡️Layer your sliced potatoes in a baking tray, then add the sweetpotato after which once more the potatoes till your tray is full.
➡️Cowl together with your onion sauce.
➡️Add as a lot vegan greated cheese as you want and bake for 1-1,5 hr at 180°C (Baking time relies on the thickness of your potato slices)💚🌱
