📝Components:
2-Three candy potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp smoked pepper powder
2 tbsp corn starch

200g peas
1 avocado
1 tsp lime juice
1tsp salt
1 garlic clove (non-compulsory)

➡️Lower the candy potatoes into fries and lay them into water for min. 30 Min.
➡️Then dry them with a paper towl and marinade with oil, smoked pepper and corn starch.
➡️Bake them at 200°C for 25-30 Min.
➡️In the meantime combine peas, avocado, lime jucie, salt and garlic.
➡️When the potatoes are baked, season them with salt and luxuriate in with the dip.

📝Zutaten:
2-Three Süßkartoffeln
2 EL Öl
1 TL geräucherte Paprika
2 EL Stärkemehl

200g Erbsen
1 Avocado
1 TL Limettensaft
1TL Salz
1 Knoblauchzehe (non-compulsory)

➡️Die Süßkartoffeln in Spalten schneiden und min. 30 Min. in Wasser legen.
➡️Danach die Süßkartoffeln mit einem Küchentuch grob abtrocknen, mit einer Mischung aus Öl, und Paprikapulver und Stärkemehl marinieren.
➡️Bei 200°C 25-30 Min. knusprig backen.
➡️Währenddessen Erbsen mit Avocado, Limettensaft, Salz und Knoblauch pürieren.
➡️Wenn die Kartoffel gebacken sind, salzen und mit dem Dip genießen.
