🍜 Chilly udon with beef and onsen egg 🥚

I loooooove noodles 😋 and admittedly I can have a scorching bowl of noodles even in 30+ climate however chilly noodles are very refreshing! If you have not tried chilly noodles but you undoubtedly have to ❄️🍜

What you may want:
🍲 Soup base – 1/Four cup mirin, 1/Four soy sauce, 1 pack immediate dashi, 2 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp brown sugar, Four cups water

🥩 Beef – 1 pack sliced beef, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 garlic minced, 1/Four onion sliced, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp water

2 udon, cooked and drained
2 eggs
1 inexperienced onion, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Technique:
1. Cook dinner your eggs in 145.4F for 1 hours with a sous vide then dunk in an ice tub to chill.
2. In a small pot prepare dinner the soup substances for about 2 minutes then go away to chill / add ice cubes to hurry up.
3. Marinade the meat in every part aside from the onions for 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
4. Cook dinner onions over medium warmth with impartial oil till softened ~Three minutes.
5. Cook dinner the meat with the onions then put aside to chill.
6. Assemble your bowls with the noodles, beef, crack an onsen egg, sesame seeds and inexperienced onion, then pour over the soup to serve!
