This time I’ve made a rapid vermicelli noodle soup with mushrooms and peppers!

It is a meal on itself, tremendous wholesome, protien packed goodness, and all you must do is put all of the substances in a pot and look forward to the magic to occur, that straightforward!

I had this as a submit exercise, dinner substitute meal and it is so filling, these binge pangs will certainly maintain away at night time.

Methodology:

1. Carry to boil about Four c water, add 1 c sliced mushrooms and finely chopped peppers

2. Add in 1 tbsp vinegar, 1tsp pink chilli sauce(I exploit pou Chung) and a couple of tbsp mild soy sauce.

3. Lastly add half c coconut milk, 1 bouillon dice and raw vermicelli noodles. Season with 1 tsp grated ginger, salt and pepper.

4. Let cook dinner for about 12-14 minutes, serve in your fav soup bowls
