Do you know that Kisir (bulgur salad) is initially a vegan dish and doesn´t must be adjusted to a plant based mostly food plan? 🤩Yesterday we made a bowl of it, as a result of it style even higher on the following day. So it´s good for meal prepping. 💪🏻💚

Wir haben gestern Abend noch schnell einen leckeren Bulgursalat 🤩mit Petersilie und Tomaten zubereitet, der schmeckt am nächsten Tag noch viel besser und eignet sich daher perfekt für Mealprep. 💪🏻💚

Components
250g bulgur (cooked)
1 tbsp pine nuts (roasted)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp cumin
2-Three tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon jucie
150 g cherry tomatos (quartered)
half purple bell pepper (diced)
1 scallion (chopped)
1 handful mint (chopped)
1 handful parsley (chooped)
Salt & pepper
1 garlic clove (optinal)

➡️ Press the garlic by means of a garlic press. Than combine all elements collectively in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper . Take pleasure in💚🌱

Zutaten
250g gekochter Bulgur
1 EL Tomatenmark
1 TL Kreuzkümmel
2-Three EL Olivenöl
2 EL Zitronensaft
150g geviertelte Kirschtomaten
half rote Paprika (gewürfelt)
1 Frühlingszwiebel (gehackt)
half handvoll Minze (gehackt)
half handvoll Petersilie (gehackt)
Salz & Pfeffer
1 Knoblauchzehe (non-compulsory)

➡️ Presse den Knoblauch mit einer Knoblauchpresse. Vermische dann alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel und schmecke den Salat mit Salz und Pfeffer ab. Guten Appetit💚🌱
