1 cup hen broth

1 tbsp soy sauce
1/Four tsp white pepper

Methodology:
1. Soak noodles in scorching water for 10. minutes and drain.
2. Soak scallops and shrimps in sufficient water simply to cowl for 10 minutes and pressure. Reserve the liquid.
3. Marinate pork with the marinade for a minimum of 15 minutes.
4. Brown ginger and garlic over medium warmth for a couple of minute.
5. Add in pork and break aside with the spatula. Prepare dinner for two to three minutes.
6. Add in your luffa and dried seafood then stir fry for one more 2 to three minutes.
7. Combine in glass noodles, hen broth, and reserved dried seafood soaking liquid.
8. Carry to a boil and prepare dinner for one more 2 minutes and season with salt and white pepper.
