1 bunch spinach
2 tsp tamari
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
2 minced garlic

1. Blanch spinach for 30 seconds then dunk in chilly water and drain out water.
2. Lower up spinach into smaller items.
3. Combine the remainder of the components collectively after which mix with spinach.

🥔 Candy mashed potatoe salad
2 russet potatoes, peeled, cubed
1/Three cup brunoised carrot
1/Three cup brunoised cucumber
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, diced
half of cup kewpie mayo
half of tsp brown sugar
1/four tsp salt

1. Boil potatoes 20 minutes in salted water, pressure, and mash.
2. Combine in remaining components. Add kind of kewpie mayo to your liking. For my part? Extra 😂

🌶️ Spicy zucchini
1 zucchini, sliced skinny

2 garlic, diced
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
