🦪 Scallop & egg tofu with xo black bean sauce 🦪
One other easy weekday recipe that does not require a lot prep. This one is de facto good with white rice too due to the black bean and xo sauce 🍚🍚🍚
I really like how clean the egg tofu texture is and the way simple it’s to organize 😍
What you may want:
1 tube egg tofu, sliced 1/2″ thick
5 u10 scallops, sliced in half
1 tbsp seafood soy sauce
1 tbsp xo sauce
1/2 tbsp black bean sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Chopped inexperienced onion garnish
1. Organize egg tofu discs on a deep plate with scallop slices on high.
2. Combine collectively the sauces then spoon over.
3. Steam for eight minutes then high with inexperienced onion to serve.
