Der Hochsommer☀️ ist zwar jetzt so langsam vorbei aber in unserer Küche wollen wir ihn noch etwas länger behalten🤗Darum gibt es heute unseren schwarzen Reispudding mit Mangosoße🥭Was kocht ihr an solchen Tagen?

📝Elements 2-Three portion
200g black rice (cooked)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 banana
100ml almond milk
50ml coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut yoghurt (non-compulsory)
half mango

➡️ Combine 2/Three of the rice with almond milk, coconut milk, banana and vanilla.
➡️ Add the remainder of the rice to the combination.
➡️ Puree the mango and lime juice. Prime the rice pudding with the mango puree and a few yoghurt.

📝Zutaten
200g schwarzer Reis (gekocht)
1 EL Limettensaft
1 Banane
100ml Mandelmilch
50 ml Kokosnussmilch
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Kokosnussjoghurt
half Mango

➡️ Püriere 2/Three vom Reis mit Mandelmilch, Kokosnussmilch, Banane und Vanille.
➡️ Füge den den retslichen Reis zur Masse hinzu.
➡️ Püriere die Mango mit dem Limettensaft. Toppe dann den schwarzen Reispudding mit dem Mangopüree und non-compulsory mit Joghurt.
