This corn chowder is my go to meal after a tiring day. It is simple to make, wholesome as ever and so scrumptious, you’d beg for extra.
Oh, it is vegan too🌱

I served it with a humble focaccia and almond pesto.🍞 Requires:
2 cups of recent/frozen corn
1 massive onion finely chopped
four cloves of garlic
half cup coconut milk
half cup coconut cream
An inch lengthy cinnamon stick
2 cardamoms
2 cloves
2 bay leaves
5-6 peppercorns
A bunch of spring onion
Salt as required
1 bouillon dice or
1 Maggi magic dice nestle.maggi
1 tbsp Pomace Olive oil.

Saute the onions, garlic, until golden brown, add the corn, spice combine, and coconut milk+cream in a stress cooker. Add 1.5 cups of water, the bouillon dice, salt and spring onions. Strain cook dinner for 12 minutes(Three whistles)

Launch stress and seperate 3/four of the combination out. Take away any spices that lay afloat. Mix in a mixer and add again to the stress cooker. Cook dinner for six minutes on low flame and serve sizzling!
