100g mushrooms (chopped)
1 tbsp oil
1 onion
1 garlic clove
30 g Soja granulate
2 dried tomatoes
three purple beets (precooked)
1 handfull spinach
puff pastery
salt & pepper
half of tsp inexperienced pepper
half of tsp allspice
half of tsp juniper berry
half of tsp anise
half of tsp clove
half of tsp smoked paprika
marple syrup
half of tsp curcuma

➡️Roast the onion and garlic in oil.
➡️Add the mushrooms and roast for till there is no such thing as a liquid left.
➡️Add the dried tomatoes and blend all in a meals processor/mixer.
➡️Season with salt & pepper.
➡️If there’s any liquid left, drain the combination.
➡️Roll the puff pastery to 25×25 cm.
➡️Drain the purple beet.
➡️In the meantime soak the soya granulate in veggie brooth.
➡️Combine the purple beet with soyagranulate. Season with allspiece, pepper, juniper berry, clove, smoked paprika, salt.
➡️Unfold the mushroom combination on the puff pastry.
➡️Add the spinach over after which the purple beet combination. The purple beet needs to be shaped right into a tube an place in the midst of the puff pastery.
➡️Folt the pastry to a paket, shut the ends savefly.
➡️Combine the marple syrup with curcuma and paint over the pastry.
