TOFU GYOZAS FOR THE SOUL! 🥟🥟

these dumplings are really easy to make and they’re the proper night snack to go along with your tea.

What I like most about these momo siblings are they do not take an excessive amount of time to prepare dinner just like the common momos and neither do they want a steamer.

I like experimenting with the stuffing, for this one I combined 1 c shredded tofu, half c shredded cabbage, half tsp ajinomoto, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp chopped spring onions and a few gentle soy sauce.

Methodology to prepare dinner gyoza:

1. Warmth 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add your dumplings and let the underside flip crispy

2. As soon as completed, add in 3/four cup water, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp purple chilli, ginger and garlic paste, half tsp ajinomoto, 1 gentle tsp soy sauce and produce to boil.

3. Garnish with chopped coriander!

Serve scorching!
