Chopsuey is mostly manufactured from deep fried noodles and a thick gravy which is made majorly of cornflour and a few Greens/meat thrown in only for the sake of it!

Once I determined to provide this well-known Chindian avenue meals a makeover, I made a decision to make it an entire effectively balanced meal!
