435g wheat flour
55g vegan butter
Pinch of salt
1 sachet dry yeast ( the outline ought to say that it’s for 500g flour)
Pinch of vanilla
420ml plantbased milk
400g vegetable oil for frying
120g icing sugar
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla paste
60-80ml vegan cream ( various plantbased milk)

➡️Put aside for five min. to activate the yeast.
➡️In the meantime combine flour, salt, vanilla.
➡️Add the yeast knead and blend all collectively for 4-5 minutes with a hand mixer with a dough hook. Once you knead with palms you will want extra time. ( the dough will likely be fairly moist – don’t add extra flour)
➡️Let it relaxation for 1 hr.
➡️Then add 1-2 Tbsp of the dough in your donuts kind and bake at 180 C for 7-Eight min.
➡️They are going to be barely undercooked. Allow them to quiet down a bit and take out of the shape.
Then fry them in oil from all sides 20 sec. Please watch out.
➡️As soon as the donuts have cooled down, combine for the glaze: oat cream, icing sugar, maple syrup and vanilla paste.
