half of candy potato (diced)
1 Handfull brussels sprouts
1 parsley root (Sliced)
half of TL paprika powder
2 tbsp cumin
150g mushrooms (chopped)
1 garlic clove
1 small onion (chopped)
oil
salt & pepper
handfull lamb´s lettuce
1 beet root (sliced)
handfull parsley (chopped)
2 radishs
2 inexperienced onions (cutted)

➡️Marinate the candy potatoes with 1 tbsp oil, salt, pepper, cumin and paprika powder
➡️Marinate the brussels sprouts and parsley root with 1tbsp oil, salt and pepper,
➡️Give all of the veggies within the oven and bake at 180°C. Take a look because the parsley root will likely be cooked already after 10 minutes, then the candy potato and the brussel sprouts want a bit extra time.
➡️Within the meantime roast the mushrooms with 1 tbsp oil, garlic, the onion, salt, pepper and parsley.
