What my Sunday Brunch seems to be like!
I usually like having these tremendous in depth brunches on Sunday as a result of that is when my dad is dwelling. For the vegan creamy potatoes:
1. Mash 4-5 potatoes in a bowl. Warmth 2 tbsp olive oil in a wok.
2. Add 1 tbsp recent garlic paste, half cup almond milk, half tsp cornflour
3. Add the potatoes and seasons salt and pepper.
4. End with 2 tbsp condensed almond milk or recent cream in the event you’re not taking the vegan route!
Serve with grilled greens of your selection and chilled fruit juice🍹🥤
